Refund policy
Because each MagnaTales set is custom-made using your personal photos, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue.
If a replacement is approved, we will remake the affected magnets and ship them to you at no cost. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.
