How does it work?

Upload your photos, place your order, and we’ll turn them into a set of nine custom photo magnets — printed, cut, and packed by hand in Florida.

What size are the magnets?

Each magnet is approximately 2 × 2 inches and designed to fit together as a nine-magnet set.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically printed and packed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times are shown at checkout and begin once your order ships.

Can I edit my photos after ordering?

If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at hello@magnatales.com. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. If approved, we’ll remake the affected magnets at no cost.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because all MagnaTales magnets are custom-made using your personal photos, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

Where are MagnaTales made?

All magnets are printed and packed by hand in Florida.

What happens to my photos after my order is complete?

Once your order is completed and delivered, your images are not shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. Files are kept for 14 days for order fulfillment and customer support, then removed from our production system.
